Amar is co-founder and CEO of Interactive Avenues. Amar oversees the business operations of the company and provides overall direction to the company, identifying new growth opportunities and seeing them through implementation. His management style is hands-on and he believes in rolling up his sleeves and working with teams.
Amar has spent more than 15 years in media, of which over 12 years have been in digital. He has extensive experience on most large digital advertisers like Citibank, ICICI Group, Makemytrip, Travelocity, Bharatmatrimony, Sulekha, Colgate Palmolive and Dell to name a few. This makes him extremely clued on to advertiser requirements which he uses as the main insight while building and expanding the company.
Amar has built and managed teams for a large part of his career and has had successful stints at The Times of India Group and the India Today group before the Internet bug bit him and he joined Rediff.com in 1999. Amar was a founding employee of Mediaturf Worldwide (now Ignitee) where at various points in time he ran the Mumbai, Chennai and Delhi offices.

With over 14 years of experience across Traditional & Digital Media, Shantanu has worked on brands like Colgate Palmolive, Unilever, Intel, Dell, Sony, Kingfisher, Travelocity, eBay, Jet Airways, ESPN, ICICI & HDFC to name a few.
